Youth Theatre Workshop

Monday evenings from 5.30 – 7.30pm for ages 11 - 14 (school years 7 - 9)

Youth Theatre Workshop has performed two devised pieces with Wizard Stories Brian’s Box Brownie and Keeping Up with the Jones’s.

Brian’s Box Brownie

Brian was pretty miffed when his parents forced him to move to a different house. Then, while rummaging in the loft he found an old fashioned camera, and when he looked through the viewfinder his whole focus changed!

With music and characters from the Swinging Sixties to the present day Brian’s Box Brownie provided a cross between Back to the Future, Grease and Austin Powers. Your own holiday snaps will never seem then same again!!

Keeping up with the Jones’s

When Mr and Mrs Jones won the Lottery Roll-Over they invite the entire town to celebrate their newfound wealth. When the party ended in tragedy, would anyone solve the mystery at the mansion?

Like their own version of Big Brother the audience voted who they thought was the villain in this theatrical 'who dun it!'

More information about the group and how to join is available from Redbridge Drama Centre.
