to the Wizard Stories website!

Each Wizard Story is as unique as the group that meets to listen, imagine and create. All our sessions, run by our professional storytellers are highly interactive, fun, child centred with a strong focus on learning. We make real differences to literacy levels by fostering the idea that reading and writing stories can be an enjoyable and engaging creative activity.

Now entering it’s third year, Wizard Stories is engaged in a wide variety of projects and residencies across the country and internationally; bridging the generation gap with reminiscence work, breathing new life into exhibits through museum and gallery residencies, realising peoples aspirations and dreams through community regeneration, as well as creating over four hundred brand new stories to an audience of over twelve thousand children, young people, families and professionals each year.

Our passion for stories is infectious. Wizard has secured residencies in the London Boroughs of Enfield, Havering, Newham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Interlocken Centre for Experiential Learning, New Hampshire (USA), Redbridge Drama Centre, Shillam & Smith, Stratford Circus, York City Council and Wiltshire County Council.
